Bed and Breakfast (BB) is a board type in which the rate includes accommodation plus breakfast.
In Turkey, BB is the most common board type in boutique and city hotels. Breakfast may be served as an open buffet, a set menu or a traditional Turkish spread breakfast (serpme kahvaltı). Separating the breakfast portion from room revenue in reporting ensures that ADR is calculated correctly.
