What is Guest Folio?

A guest folio is the account statement that records a guest's room charges, food and beverage and other charges, along with the payments made, throughout the stay.
A single reservation can have more than one folio: for example, if the room charge is billed to a company and personal expenses to the guest, two separate folios are opened. At check-out the folio balance is settled to zero and the invoice is issued.
For restaurant and bar sales to be charged to the room, the POS system must be integrated with the PMS.
In Zeus PMS
Zeus PMS supports multiple folios and multiple currencies; charges from integrated POS systems are posted to the guest folio automatically.
