What is Guest Profile?
Turkish: Misafir Profili
A guest profile is a single record that holds a guest's contact details, past stays, spending, preferences and special notes.
Recognizing a returning guest and remembering their favorite room or pillow preference is one of the strongest drivers of guest satisfaction. Profile data is also used for personalized offers and direct booking campaigns.
Guest data is personal data, so it carries obligations to inform guests and store their data securely; in Turkey these obligations fall under the KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law.
