What is Dynamic Pricing?

Turkish: Dinamik Fiyatlandırma

Dynamic pricing means updating room rates frequently based on demand, occupancy, booking window and competitor prices, instead of using fixed seasonal rates.

In the traditional model, a hotel sets its seasonal rates at the start of the year and leaves them unchanged for months. In the dynamic model, rates go up when demand rises, for example during a festival week, and are lowered step by step if the expected occupancy does not materialize.

For dynamic pricing to work, every rate change must reach all sales channels instantly and consistently; otherwise rate parity breaks down.
