What is CTA / CTD (Closed to Arrival / Closed to Departure)?
CTA (Closed to Arrival) and CTD (Closed to Departure) are selling restrictions that block arrivals or departures on a given date, while stays that begin on another date can still continue through that day.
For example, a hotel with CTA on Saturday will not accept reservations arriving on Saturday, but it will accept a guest arriving Friday and departing Sunday. This blocks one-night Saturday requests over the weekend.
CTA and CTD give finer-grained control than a minimum length of stay rule.
