What is Rooming List?
A rooming list is a list of names for a group or agency booking showing which guest will stay in which room, with whom and on which dates.
The list is usually sent a few days before the group arrives so the front desk can pre-assign rooms and prepare keys. Collecting guests' identity details in advance speeds up check-in and, in Turkey, the KBS report.
