What is Group Booking?
Turkish: Grup Rezervasyonu
A group booking is a reservation of multiple rooms at once for the same organization, typically 5–10 rooms or more.
Groups usually receive a special rate, and the rooms are held as a block. The group organizer submits the guest names (the rooming list) by the cut-off date; rooms not picked up by that date are released from the block back into general inventory.
Group bookings bring specific needs, such as mass check-in, a master bill and separate folios for personal charges.
In Zeus PMS
In Zeus PMS, a group booking is opened under a single record; rooms, guests and payments can be managed individually within the group.
