What is Hotel Voucher?
A hotel voucher is a document issued by a travel agency or tour operator that confirms the reservation it made on the guest's behalf and states who will pay for which services.
The voucher lists the guest names, dates, room type, board type and which services are paid by the agency. The guest presents the voucher on arrival; any charges outside the voucher's coverage (minibar, extra meals, etc.) are collected from the guest.
